T-Systems Iberia seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public to own delivery and customer success of cloud services. You will influence strategy, advise on initial use and ongoing optimization, and participate in the vertical squad to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role demands cloud architecture expertise, strong communication, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally in a hybrid work environment. Fluency in German and English is valued.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training/further education.
• Strong knowledge in cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• OTC Practitioner or comparable AMIGO Hyperscaler certs; Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) or DevOps certs recommended.
• Strong AI knowledge and experience in cloud ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Assume technical responsibility and management of all tasks/services provided by T Cloud Public to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advisory on first-time use and ongoing optimization of cloud usage (consumption push, upselling).
• Actively participate in the vertical squad of T Cloud Public.
• Prevent churn through proactive analysis and management of customers.
• Support ongoing optimization and development of customer success management processes.
