T-Systems is seeking aSenior Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public in Madrid. You will own technical responsibility, oversee the customer journey from onboarding to optimization, and drive cloud adoption across European accounts.

The role requires deep cloud architecture knowledge, AI expertise, and strong communication. A hybrid work model and international collaboration are offered, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education.
• 5 years experience in cloud and IT architecture.
• 5 years experience in technology strategy.
• 5 years experience in sales and business development.
• Proven knowledge of AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google, Rackspace.
• Experience developing cloud platforms/hybrid solutions.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• OTC Practitioner or comparable AMIGO Hyperscaler certification.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum, Kanban or DevOps.

Responsabilités

• Strategically influence and develop the existing business of assigned T Cloud Public customers to grow value and sales.
• Advise customers on first-time cloud use and ongoing optimization of cloud usage.
• Participate in the T Cloud Public vertical squad and prevent churn.
• Transfer customer requirements into internal impediment and demand processes.
• Support service-excellence culture and customer satisfaction across the unit.
