Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public in a hybrid role across multiple locations. You will own customer success delivery, advise on cloud usage advancements, and proactively manage relationships to maximize value and reduce churn.

Ideal candidates have deep cloud architecture knowledge, strong AI acumen, and a track record in sales and business development, with fluency in German and English. Occasional nationwide/international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training
• Extensive cloud technology expertise and IT architecture knowledge
• Strong AI knowledge and certifications valued
• Experience in sales, business development and customer success
• Fluent German and English, with strong customer-facing skills
• Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Rackspace
• Experience with hybrid cloud platforms and APIs
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of T Cloud Public accounts to grow revenue and customer value
• Advise customers on initial use and optimization of T Cloud Public services
• Participate in vertical squads and manage churn risk with proactive analysis
• Support continuous improvement of customer success management practices
• Ensure service excellence and high customer satisfaction
• Contribute to forecasting, planning and demand processes
• Translate customer requirements into technical and process improvements
