T-Systems Iberia seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager T Cloud Public to lead technical responsibility and customer success for cloud services. You will influence growth, advise on cloud usage, and participate in strategic planning.

Required are strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems, IT architecture, and international collaboration. The role supports a hybrid work model and frequent national/international travel.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science or engineering or comparable training.
• Strong cloud & IT architecture knowledge, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• Certifications such as OTC Practitioner or AMIGO Hyperscaler with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google, and cloud platforms across IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on first-time use of T Cloud Public and ongoing optimization.
• Develop strategic plans to expand existing business and reduce churn.
• Participate in vertical squads and support service excellence culture.
• Forecast, plan, and translate customer requirements into internal processes.
• Collaborate with international units and partners to enable cloud solutions.
