T-Systems Iberia in Spain seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead technical responsibilities for T Cloud Public customers and ensure contract outcomes. You will shape cloud strategy, advise on adoption, and drive customer satisfaction across international teams.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education.
• Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems and experience with partners.
• Proven experience in cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic influence and development of the existing T Cloud Public customers to increase value and sales.
• Provide comprehensive advice on first-time cloud adoption and ongoing optimization.
• Participate in the vertical squad and manage proactive churn prevention.
• Support service excellence culture and planning/forecasting processes.
