T-Systems is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for its T Cloud Public unit in a hybrid role. You will lead strategic account development, advise on cloud adoption, and help prevent churn across international customers.

Strong AI, cloud architecture, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential. Expect a dynamic, global team with a focus on service excellence, ongoing cloud platform development, and close engagement with partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable training/further education.
• Extensive cloud and IT architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge in AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in customer contacts.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google, Rackspace.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Experience in international cooperation with Local BU and NatCos.

Responsibilities

• Strategic influence and development of the existing T Cloud Public customers to increase value and sales.
• Comprehensive advice on first-time cloud use and optimization (consumption push, upselling).
• Active participation in the vertical squad of the T Cloud Public.
• Preventing churn through proactive analysis and management of customers.
• Support the development of customer success management.
• Support service excellence culture in all areas of customer success management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in planning and forecasting processes.
• Transfer customer requirements to impediment and demand processes.
• Support the further development of cloud handling support.
