Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own cloud customer relationships and drive value across T Cloud Public offerings. You will steer strategic account development, advise on cloud usage optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent churn and grow revenue.

You will engage in planning, forecasting, and translating customer needs into actionable enhancements, while traveling as required to serve international and national clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable training in CS/engineering or related field.
• Extensive cloud, IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development experience.
• Strong knowledge in AI and emerging tech.
• Excellent communication and confident customer interactions.
• Deep knowledge of major cloud ecosystems and partners.
• Experience with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Rackspace.
• Experience building cloud platforms/hybrid solutions.
• Resilience and startup mindset; ability to adapt quickly.
• Solid understanding of platform-based service delivery.
• Knowledge of internal processes and cross-BU collaboration.
• Experience with international cooperation and travel.
• Strong teamwork, assertiveness, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic influence and expansion of existing T Cloud Public customers.
• Provide comprehensive guidance for first use and ongoing optimization of cloud usage.
• Participate actively in the vertical squad of the T Cloud Public.
• Prevent churn through proactive customer analysis and management.
• Support ongoing improvement of customer success management.
• Promote service-excellence culture across teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Assist planning and forecasting processes.
• Translate customer needs to product and demand streams.
• Support cloud handling and development initiatives.
