T-Systems, part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public in a hybrid, international role. The candidate will manage services provision, influence strategy for cloud customers, and drive upselling opportunities.

Requirements include a degree in CS/Engineering, deep cloud/IT architecture knowledge, and fluency in German and English. The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams and continuous service improvement.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education.
• Expertise in cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic influence to grow assigned T Cloud Public customers.
• Advise customers on first-time use and optimization of cloud usage (consumption push, upselling).
• Actively participate in the vertical squad of T Cloud Public.
• Prevent churn through proactive analysis and management of customers.
• Support development of customer success management for the T Cloud Public.
• Foster a service-excellence culture across customer success activities.
• Contribute to planning and forecasting processes.
• Translate customer requirements into impediment and demand processes.
• Support further development of cloud handling support.
