Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public to manage service delivery and drive customer value. You will provide strategic guidance, optimize cloud usage, and participate in vertical squad activities to minimize churn and improve satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong communication and English skills, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Hybrid work model is offered in Spain.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education.
• Good knowledge of cloud ecosystems and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• Fluent written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud offerings (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and international cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop existing T Cloud Public customers to increase value and sales.
• Advise customers on initial cloud usage and ongoing optimization (upselling).
• Participate in vertical squad activities and manage customer churn proactively.
• Support ongoing development of customer success management and service culture.
• Contribute to planning, forecasting, and documenting customer requirements.
