Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management, preferably in a unionized environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in banqueting within a large-scale establishment.
• Experience in the luxury hotel sector is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise preparation, setup, and execution of events and banquets.
• Lead, motivate, and train the banqueting team.
• Collaborate with other departments for event execution.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and analyze performance indicators.
• Ensure total guest satisfaction throughout all event phases.
