CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations (Remote) to partner with Alliances Leaders and drive channel strategy using data-driven insights. You will enable partner teams, manage daily operations, and ensure accurate deal attribution across regions.

The role requires 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops, strong analytics, fluent English, and proficiency with Excel, Salesforce and Tableau.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English; French/Spanish/Italian a plus.
• 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Strong analytical background with ability to identify anomalies.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and processes.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills with business partnership experience.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to support channel strategy using data-led insights.
• Enable wider Alliances/Partner teams for seamless execution of partner processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations supporting Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Interpret data, prepare KPIs, and share metrics with management.
• Oversee partner onboarding and compliance; assist with contractual cases.
• Ensure proper tagging and attribution of partner deals; provide regional deal support.
• Suggest process enhancements and liaise with IT and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Planning to align with business needs.
• Maintain alignment and territories for Alliance teams.
• Assist with commissions issues escalated by the Comp Team.
• Institute scalable processes and data flows; identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver enablement sessions and onboarding for new hires; transfer knowledge.
