CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner for Field Alliances Operations. The role focuses on day-to-day ops for the partner ecosystem, data integrity in Salesforce, and driving scalable processes across Alliances.

You will partner with leadership to optimize channel strategy and ensure accurate partner attribution while supporting onboarding and compliance. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in partner or Sales Ops, fluency in English and additional European languages, and strong

• Bachelor's degree required and demonstrated experience in partner or channel operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify anomalies and drive improvements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills with a proven business-partner mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to contribute to channel strategy using data-driven insights.
• Enable the wider Alliances/Partner team to ensure smooth execution of partner processes.
• Manage day-to-day ops supporting Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Interpret data and develop metrics/KPIs for leadership review.
• Oversee partner onboarding, compliance, and complex contract cases.
• Ensure correct partner attribution and regional deal support.
• Suggest process improvements and coordinate with IT, capability and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Planning to align with business needs.
• Maintain alignment and territories for Alliance teams and resolve commissions issues.
