CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations (Remote) to collaborate with Alliances Leaders on data-led channel strategy and to enable partner teams across regions.

You will drive onboarding, contracts, deal attribution and KPI reporting while shaping processes that scale with our partnership model. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops, strong analytics, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English; French/Spanish/Italian a plus.
• 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to spot anomalies.
• Self-starter, detail and process oriented.
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Curious mindset and willingness to improve partner experience.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve decisions and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to shape channel strategy using data-led insights.
• Enable wider Alliances/Partner teams for seamless processes.
• Manage day-to-day ops supporting Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales.
• Prepare metrics and KPIs for management review.
• Onboard partners and assist with complex contracts.
• Ensure correct partner attribution and regional deal support.
• Collaborate with IT, capability and GTM teams on improvements.
• Participate in QBRs and annual planning processes.
• Maintain alignment of alliance territories.
• Resolve commission issues escalated by the Comp Team.
• Institute scalable data flows and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline partner experience.
