CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations to drive channel strategy with data-led insights across regions, including remote and Barcelona. You will enable alliance teams, manage onboarding, and ensure accurate partner attribution while collaborating with IT and GTM teams.

The role requires 5+ years in partner/channel operations or sales ops, fluency in English, and strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish or Italian preferred.
• Strong analytical background with ability to spot anomalies.
• Proactive, organized, detail oriented and process driven.
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to shape channel strategy using data-driven insights.
• Enable Alliances/Partner teams and ensure smooth execution of partner processes.
• Manage day-to-day ops to support Partners, Partner Managers and Sales.
• Interpret data and prepare metrics/KPIs for management.
• Oversee partner onboarding and compliance; assist with complex contracts.
• Ensure proper deal categorization and correct partner attribution; regional support.
• Advise on process enhancements; liaise with IT, capability and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Planning; align with business needs.
• Maintain alignment and territories for Alliance teams; resolve commissions issues escalated by the Comp Team.
• Institute best practices and scalable data flows; improve partner experience.
