CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner in Field Alliances Operations (Remote) to drive data-led channel strategy and enablement across global alliances.

You will support Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams with operational excellence and KPI reporting. The role requires 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops, fluency in English, and experience with Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with strong analytics focus.
• Fluency in English; French/Spanish/Italian a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of (Partner / Channel) Operations or Sales Ops experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter, process-oriented, and capable of working in ambiguity.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau.
• Experience using AI to improve decisions and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to shape channel strategy using data-led insights into trends and gaps.
• Enable the wider Alliances/Partner team to ensure seamless execution of partner processes.
• Manage day-to-day ops to support Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Interpret data and prepare KPIs shared with management regularly.
• Oversee partner onboarding and compliance; assist with complex contracts.
• Ensure deals are categorized correctly with proper partner attribution.
