Job summary

Oppizi Ltd. seeks a hands-on sales development leader to build and run the outbound engine from Barcelona. You will manage the SDR team, carry a pipeline target, and own the motion end to end with coaching and process design.

You’ll spend part of the week prospecting your own accounts while building systems, hiring, and scaling for growth in a player-coach role. Fluency in English is required; French or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B sales development or inside sales.
• Experience directly managing an SDR/BDR team.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; on-site role.
• Proven track record building outbound engines in SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech.
• Fluent English; French or German a plus; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Barcelona SDR team; own ramp and performance.
• Set KPIs and conduct weekly one-to-ones, call reviews, and pipeline reviews.
• Own the full outbound motion: lists, sequences, multi-channel cadence, and deliverability.
• Prospect into enterprise accounts; write sequences and manage email deliverability.
• Collaborate with Marketing on ICPs and ABM target lists.
• Report weekly on activity and forecast to the COO.
