Job summary

Oppizi Ltd. is seeking a hands-on sales development leader to build and run the outbound engine from Barcelona.

You will manage the SDR team, carry your own pipeline, and own the outbound motion end to end—lists, sequences, deliverability, coaching, and conversion. This player-coach role reports to the COO and requires a proven track record in outbound B2B, mentoring reps, and turning activity into qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sales development leadership with outbound focus.
• Experience building and scaling an SDR/BDR team.
• Proven coaching and ramping of reps to quota.
• Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts, not just SMB.

Responsibilities

• Lead Barcelona SDR team, own ramp, performance and progression.
• Carry personal quota for qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Design and optimize full outbound motion: lists, sequences, cadence, follow-ups.
• Own CRM hygiene, weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing on ICP and ABM campaigns.
