Vivid Money in Barcelona is seeking a Founding SDR to own the DACH outbound engine from scratch. You will build sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn, targeting SMB decision-makers and mapping new personas. You’ll partner with the Founding Account Executive and shape the go-to-market playbook with AI-enabled outreach.

Formación

• 1–3 years of outbound prospecting experience in B2B FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, preferably within the DACH market.
• Founding/building mindset with high autonomy and comfort in ambiguity.
• Strong ability to communicate with SMB founders and CFOs across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsabilidades

• Build the outbound engine: design, test, and optimize cold outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting SMBs in the DACH region.
• Map and test new personas to expand ICP including holding companies, VC/PE portfolio leads, and corporate service providers.
• Generate high-volume pipeline by sourcing, qualifying, and booking high-intent discovery meetings for the Founding Account Executive.
• Design and document the playbook with Sales Leadership to guide future SDR hires.
• Leverage AI and sales infrastructure to automate research, trigger tracking, and hyper-personalized messaging.
• Provide market feedback to refine product positioning and GTM messaging.
