Formación

  • More than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in East Market.
  • Available to travel at least 3 days each week to visit customers.
  • Medium level of English proficiency.
  • Current car license valid in Spain.

This Position reports to: Sales Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of machinery drives, PLCs, HMIs, and servos within a designated division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Drive products division in East region, leading the sales for machine builders and System Integrators, with the whole automation portfolio.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Hunting new customers on Strategic Channels (OEMs, System Integrators and Automation partners)
  • Leading to develop new applications to contribute to reach the budget of the sales region across the PLCs and Drives portfolio
  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions
  • Preparing sales plans and bids, with the automation consultant and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
  • Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Regional sales Manager
  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Collaborating with Sales management to define priorities and building the Go to market strategy

Qualifications for the Role
  • An Engineering degree in Electronics, Automation or Electrics
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales. Experience in East Market will be well considerate
  • Sound knowledge of Automation products and applications for machine builders and System Integrators
  • Available to travel at least 3 days each week to visit customers on the East Region
  • Self-learning skills and focus on new applications.
  • Medium level of English
  • Current car license valid in Spain
  • A collaborative, result and solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
