A Day in the Life

Join the opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare. Our Structural Heart (SH) business is leading in innovation, transforming lives through advanced technologies and therapies for heart valve disease. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth area where your work directly improves patient outcomes.

In this remote position, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, drive adoption of our technologies—including TAVI and TPV products—and support the success of the Structural Heart business.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Promoting and selling Medtronic’s products within the assigned area to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing technical support during implant procedures in the operating room
  • Building long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Generating leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize benefits
  • Educating about the company's products and services
  • Conducting market research on customer and competitor activities
  • Implementing and adjusting market development strategies
  • Communicating customer feedback on products to internal teams
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • University degree in life sciences, engineering, or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare/medical device industry
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, writing)
  • Proficient with computers, holds a clean driver’s license, and willing to travel frequently
  • Experience working with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff, providing technical support in OR settings
  • Experience in Cath lab procedures is highly valued

Strong communication skills, ability to manage tasks effectively, and a motivation to build robust customer relationships are essential. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are required.
