A leading service provider is seeking a Sales Manager for remote work to engage with warm inbound leads interested in relocating to Spain. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and have strong sales experience, focusing on consultative selling to understand and meet client needs. This role offers a base salary plus commission, contributing to meaningful work in helping clients change their lives.

Formación

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience (B2C, preferably premium services).

  • Present services through consultations to close deals.

Sales Manager (Inbound Leads)

About the role

We're looking for a Sales Manager to work with warm inbound leads — people who've already shown interest in relocating to Spain through our website, AI visa calculator, social media, or referrals.

Your job

Turn interest into sales by understanding client needs and presenting our services.

What you'll do
  • Client Communication: Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Telegram within 24 hours
  • Qualify leads: understand budget, timeline, relocation goals
  • Conduct consultations (minimum calls) to present services and close deals
  • Close sales ranging from €500 to €15,000 packages
Lead Management
  • Work with leads from our AI visa calculator
  • Maintain CRM (Planfix): track all contacts, update statuses
  • Follow up with clients who need time to think
  • Re-engage leads who didn't respond initially
Growth
  • Upsell additional services (housing, company registration, etc.)
  • Cross-sell to existing clients
Requirements
  • Fluent Russian (primary client language)
  • English B2+ (for international clients)
  • 3-5+ years sales experience (B2C, preferably premium services)
  • Consultative sales approach (help clients decide, don't push)
  • CRM experience
  • Self-organized (remote work requires discipline)
Nice To Have
  • Spanish language
  • Experience in relocation/immigration/education abroad
  • Knowledge of Spain
