After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.

About the role

This is the role that keeps our GTM machine running smoothly every single day. You’ll ensure that lists are accurate, campaigns are launched on time, pipelines stay clean, deals are correctly attributed, and SDRs can fully focus on selling.

You are the operational backbone of the SDR team:the person who guarantees accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all core GTM processes

  • Build High-Quality Lists That Actually Convert: You’ll build ICP-aligned prospect lists (Spain & international) with strong data quality, predictable output, and minimal errors, and learn what makes lists perform.
  • Execute Campaigns With Precision and Consistency: You’ll launch outbound and inbound campaigns for SDRs, AEs, CS, and leadership, making sure segmentation, sequencing, and timing are always right.
  • Keep the SDR Pipeline Clean and Under Control: You’ll run weekly pipeline hygiene checks, flag issues fast, and help enforce HubSpot discipline so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Protect Deal Attribution and Commercial Accuracy: You’ll make sure every deal has the correct source, owner, and closer before progressing, ensuring clean reporting and fair commercial controls.
  • Support New Hire Onboarding and Day-to-Day GTM Execution: You’ll support new SDR onboarding, resolve operational questions, and keep documentation and SOPs up to date so execution stays repeatable as we scale.
About you
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process execution
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and learning new systems fast
  • Strong interest in Sales, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations in a SaaS environment
  • Proactive communicator who flags issues early and keeps stakeholders informed
  • Organised, disciplined, and able to manage recurring operational tasks reliably
  • Motivated student, intern, or early-career professional eager to grow into an Ops role
  • Fluent Spanish and English speaker
  • Willing to work 4 to 5 days at our fantastic office
