FOH® Europe B.V is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales Team for the EMEA region. The Sales Manager is part of the FOH® EU Sales team. This position’s region is focused on the Spain territory. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets for Spain. The Sales Manager supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to growth for the Spain region.
This is a Full‑Time salaried position.
Candidate must reside and be able to work in Spain.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary of €24,000 annually, plus a commission structure.
This role has a 50‑60% overnight travel requirement. Frequent train, air and auto travel will be necessary to attend trade shows throughout the year and build relationships with strategic accounts.
Actively works with the Sales Director, EMEA & APAC in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the country.
Explores growth opportunities and expands market presence through targeted initiatives.
Consistently engages in regional analyses for future needs.
Successfully transforms strategies into tactical and measurable action plans.
Implements and executes large‑scale projects from start to finish, using project management skills.
Identifies and acquires new clients to drive revenue growth.
Presents and promotes the company’s products or services to prospective and existing end users.
Meets and exceeds sales targets set by management, while maintaining their annual expense budgets.
Provides regular activity reports to the head office.
Participates in sales meetings and strategy sessions.
Prepares monthly analytical reports on performance, wins and shortfalls.
Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing customers to ensure long‑term satisfaction.
Utilises CRM tool to drive customer retention and optimise sales opportunities.
Develops, negotiates, implements and measures hotel chain programmes.
Works collaboratively with Sales & Customer Service team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Actively participates in regional/national trade shows.
Participates in interdepartmental meetings and is an external resource for organisational growth.
Actively participates and engages during all one‑on‑one and group meetings.
Participates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requested.
