Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Customer Sales) to join our Corporate team in Barcelona. You will support Account Managers in the SMB/Corporate segment, schedule product demos, and drive cross-sell opportunities.

Regular office attendance is required twice a week in Barcelona. Ideal candidates are passionate about SaaS B2B security, with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in goal-driven, metrics-based environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Interest in SaaS/B2B security and tech sales.
• Track record of exceeding goals in metrics-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in Customer Sales within SMB/Corporate segment.
• Schedule product demonstrations between Sales Reps and potential clients.
• Generate activity to identify, contact, and qualify customers for cross-sell/up-sell.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns via email and social media.
• Use CRM tools to manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
