Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Customer Sales) to join our Corporate team in Barcelona. Applicants must be located in or near Barcelona, as regular attendance at the office is mandatory twice a week.

You’ll support Account Managers in the SMB/Corporate segment, schedule product demonstrations, and generate activity to identify, contact, and qualify existing customers for cross-sell and upsell.

Qualifications

• Passionate about becoming a market expert in SaaS B2B Security.
• Highly driven with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to learn and clearly articulate technical information.
• Track record of exceeding expectations in metric-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Account managers in Customer Sales within SMB/Corporate segment.
• Schedule product demonstrations between Sales Representatives and potential clients.
• Generate activity to identify, contact, and qualify existing customers for cross-sell and upsell.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns via email and social media.
• Use Salesforce.com and other CRM tools to manage pipeline.
