Learnlight, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own end-to-end revenue processes and manage CRM data in a remote-capable role. You will drive system solutions from opportunity to revenue, ensuring governance and data quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll work with Growth, Customer Success, Finance and technical teams to optimize the revenue stack and enable scalable, efficient commercial operations across markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced English language skills and written communication.
• 3+ years in Revenue Operations or a similar role handling CRM and data.
• Hands-on CRM administration and data management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own the revenue process end-to-end from opportunity through order, billing and revenue.
• Translate business needs into clear system specifications with technical teams.
• Manage CRM and revenue data, configuration, fields, views and data hygiene.
• Own revenue data governance, defining data quality standards and ownership.
• Lead the revenue technology roadmap and optimize the revenue tech stack.
