Job summary

Preply is seeking a senior RevOps/GTM Systems Leader to own the design, health, and automation of our GTM tech stack. You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product to ensure scalable integrations and accurate data governance.

The role blends architecture with practical leadership, guiding a small, high‑performing team to drive efficiency and growth. Hybrid work with relocation to Barcelona is available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Ops in fast-scaling SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own design, optimisation, and health of GTM system landscape.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales, CS, Finance, Product to ensure integrations are scalable.
• Lead evolution of system architecture, data structures, and reduce technical debt.
• Drive adoption of GTM tools through documentation and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows.
• Implement AI-assisted and no-code automation to streamline pipeline operations.
