Jobtailor in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a senior Revenue Operations leader to drive strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will own KPIs, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with C-level stakeholders and shaping revenue growth in a SaaS/fintech environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial planning in SaaS.
• Proven experience managing strategic relationships with C-Level stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen across budget planning, forecasting, revenue recognition, and KPI analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior executives.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in scaling organisations.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and complex governance.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build strategic reviews and recommendations for executive and board meetings.
• Ensure leadership decisions are executed with Sales Team Managers.
• Own reporting reliability with Power BI and Salesforce dashboards.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and improve the sales cycle and forecasting accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-market sales efforts and budget-related activities.
• Mentor and upskill teams in CRM, analytics, and process design.
