Minor Hotels in Madrid is hiring a Booking Agent to join the Central Reservation Office. You will manage reservations across channels from inquiry to confirmation, provide hotel information, and drive upselling to boost revenue. This is a full-time on-site role in Madrid, requiring Italian language proficiency and customer-service experience.

You will work in a dynamic team with continuous training and career development opportunities, plus employee rates across Minor Hotels properties.

Formación

• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor).
• Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued).
• Experience in customer service (preferential factor).
• Knowledge of Italian is a must.
• Availability to carry out full-time face-to-face functions
• Flexibility and proactivity; ability to work by objectives

Responsabilidades

• Ensure reservation service across channels from request to confirmation.
• Provide information about hotels, products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue and exceed expectations.
• Work in Madrid central reservation office; full-time face-to-face.
