Minor Hotels in Madrid is seeking a Booking Agent (M/F) to join the Central Reservation Office. You will handle reservation requests across direct and indirect channels, provide hotel information, and actively up-sell to increase revenue while delivering excellent service.

Candidates should show flexibility, strong communication, and face-to-face availability. Training in hospitality and sales experience are valued; knowledge of French is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor).
• Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued).
• Experience in customer service (preferential factor).
• Knowledge of French is a must.

Responsabilités

• Process reservation requests across multiple channels from request to confirmation.
• Provide information about hotels, products and services offered.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue and exceed customer expectations.
