Job summary

Minor Hotels Madrid is seeking a Booking Agent to join the Central Reservation Office. You will manage reservations across direct and indirect channels, confirm bookings, and provide information on hotels, products and services while aiming to up-sell and cross-sell to boost revenue.

This role reports to the Supervisor of Central Reservation Office in Madrid and is based on-site. The ideal candidate will have hospitality training, sales experience in reservations or commercial areas, customer

Qualifications

• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor).
• Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued).
• Experience in customer service (preferential factor).
• Knowledge of French is a must.
• Availability to carry out full-time face-to-face functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reservation service in all channels from request to confirmation.
• Provide information about hotels, products and services.
• Carry out up-selling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
