You will handle inquiries, process bookings from request to confirmation, and provide information on hotels, products and services while aiming to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Fluency in German is required; hospitality or tourism training is preferred; experience in reservation management or sales and customer service is valued.

Qualifications
