Job summary

Minor Hotels Madrid is seeking a Booking Agent (M/F) to join the Reservations Department. You will manage Italian-language bookings across direct and indirect channels, from initial inquiry to final confirmation, ensuring accuracy and great service.

The role requires full-time, on-site presence in Madrid, a hospitality background, and skills in upselling. You will contribute to revenue growth while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Italian language proficiency required.
• Experience in reservation management or sales is valued.
• Training in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue and exceed customer expectations.
