Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in (biomedical/electrical/mechanical) engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to be flexible, multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Experience with analysing technical issues and processes for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Robotic Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE; act as technical liaison.
• Drive escalation to resolve issues and initiate field service as needed.
• Collaborate with other tech service specialists to troubleshoot complex requests.
• Perform technical activities with judgment and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure documentation and system entries are complete promptly.
