Medtronic seeks a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 platform across EMEA. Strong communication and technical expertise are essential to explain complex issues to health care professionals and field engineers.

In this remote role you will provide high-quality remote support, collaborate with global teams, handle escalations, and occasionally conduct onsite trainings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with minimum 4 years' relevant experience (or advanced degree with 2+ years).
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience with analysing technical issues and processes for continuous improvement.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP/SUS/FSE and act as technical liaison.
• Drive escalation process to resolve customer issues and initiate field service if needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure documentation/system entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
• Regular hours 8:00–16:30 CET; on-call 7:00–19:00 rotating.
