Concentrix is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (German-speaking) for remote work based in Barcelona. You will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, assist with installations, troubleshoot issues, and build strong client relationships while traveling to visit customers as needed.

Requirements include German and English proficiency, 3+ years in customer service, and familiarity with MS Office, Dynamics 365 or SAP.

Formación

• Bilingual in German and advanced English.
• High School graduate or higher.
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Dynamics 365 or SAP.
• Logistics knowledge and training/innovation skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via email and phone.
• Address, respond and resolve customer inquiries on products and services including installation and troubleshooting.
• Build long-term client relationships through timely and helpful responses.
