Concentrix is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (German-speaking) for an onsite role in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries in real time, troubleshooting issues, and educating customers on product usage.

The role requires German and English fluency, plus 2 years in customer service or tech support. The position offers a full-time contract of 39 hours per week, with a competitive salary package including a base of €20,500 gross per year and up to €2,000 gross

Formación

• German language at an advanced level and English fluency.
• 2 years of experience in Customer service or Technical Support.
• Ability to take ownership and progress calls to resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users, handling phone and email inquiries in real time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely accurate resolutions.
• Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices.
• Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems.
