Concentrix seeks a Technical Support Advisor L2 to deliver English and Spanish language support from Barcelona. You will troubleshoot product issues, guide diagnostics, and resolve complex inquiries for a global brand.

In this remote role from Spain, you’ll coordinate escalations, provide product training, and build lasting customer relationships while ensuring high service quality and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Native or fluent English and proficient Spanish.
• Background in cycling, mechatronics, mechanical systems, or related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with a customer focus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM or ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management; travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting issues.
• Guide customers through diagnostics, installations, maintenance, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage escalations and replacements.
• Deliver product training sessions to customers and partners.
• Monitor cases, prepare progress reports, identify improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with customers with proactive, high-quality support.
