Concentrix seeks a Technical Support Advisor (German-speaking) in Barcelona, hybrid arrangement. You will provide expert technical support to customers via email and phone, addressing product inquiries, installations, and troubleshooting while fostering long-term client relationships.

The role requires German + advanced English, strong communication, and prior customer service experience. Full-time with a 39-hour work week, plus training and career development opportunities.

Formación

• High School graduate or higher.
• German language fluency plus advanced English.
• Experience in customer service environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.
• Address and resolve inquiries on products and services, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through timely, helpful responses.
• Deliver training and guidance to OEMs and assemblers as needed.
• Coordinate with supply chain for parts pickups and shipments.
