Concentrix in Barcelona is hiring a Technical Support Advisor who speaks German onsite. You will be the first point of contact for dealers and end users, solving technical issues and guiding product usage while maintaining ticket records.

This full-time role offers a 39-hour week, a Monday-to-Friday schedule 09:00-18:00, a central Barcelona office, comprehensive training, career development programs, and a salary of €20,500 gross per year with up to €2,000 gross per year in bonus.

Formación

• German language proficiency at advanced level and English proficiency.
• Experience in customer service or technical support.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users, handling phone and email inquiries in real time
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely accurate resolutions
• Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices
• Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper tracking and resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
