Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo system and DS1 platform across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You will communicate complex technical issues to health care professionals, start-up specialists, and field service engineers.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 4+ years in a robotics environment, fluent in Portuguese, English, and Italian, and are organized, analytical, and capable of remote troubleshooting with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP/SUS/FSE.
• Drive escalation and coordinate field service support as needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Ensure documentation and records are complete; support remote and occasional onsite training.
