Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo and DS1 in Europe, coordinating with health care professionals and field engineers. The role emphasizes remote assistance with occasional on-site training across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, robotics experience, and fluency in English, Portuguese, and Italian, with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering with 4+ years relevant experience or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Lead escalation processes to resolve issues and trigger field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
