Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Surgical Robotics portfolio in an EMEA scope. You will deliver remote technical support for Hugo and DS1, explain complex issues to health care professionals and field engineers, and coordinate high-level troubleshooting and escalation.

The role demands strong engineering background, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and willingness to travel for onsite support.

Formación

Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize.
Experience with analyzing technical issues and software troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE; act as technical liaison between stakeholders and operating unit.
Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and initiate field service support as needed.
Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
Perform technical activities requiring judgment and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Ensure documentation/system entries are complete and promptly updated.
Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
