Medtronic in Madrid is seeking a remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics. You will support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI-powered video analytics platform for operating rooms across EMEA.

The role requires strong communication, clinical awareness, and the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear guidance for health care professionals, SUS, and field service engineers, with a focus on remote diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating room environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
• Remote technical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to Health Care Professionals (HCPs), SUS and Field Service Engineers (FSE).
• Explain technical issues related to the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery (RAS) system and the DS1 platform to users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve field escalations and ensure service continuity.
