Medtronic in Spain is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo systems and DS1 across Europe. You will communicate with healthcare professionals and field service engineers, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating remote and occasional onsite activities.

The role requires advanced engineering degrees, multi-language proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills in a large-capital equipment setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.
• Able to explain complex technical issues to Healthcare Professionals.

Mansioni

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 to healthcare professionals and field service engineers.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and initiate field service as needed.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
