Job summary

Medtronic in Madrid seeks a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and the DS1 analytics platform. You will explain complex technical issues to health care professionals and field staff, providing reliable remote assistance from 8:00 to regular hours.

As part of a global team, you will own continuous improvement projects, coordinate with other specialists, and ensure complete documentation while offering occasional onsite training

Qualifications

Experience in medical device remote or field service support.
Ability to explain technical issues to clinicians and non-technical staff.
Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed.
Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
