Medtronic in Madrid is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1, to support HCP, SUS and FSE across EMEA.

You will provide remote technical support, drive escalations, collaborate with peers on complex cases, and own continuous improvement projects.

The role involves 8:00-16:30 CET hours with on-call coverage and occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.

Bachelor's or master's in Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 4+ years experience or advanced degree with 2+ years experience.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
Experience with robotics or motion control within a large capital equipment environment.
Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
Experience with analysing technical issues and processes for continuous improvement.
Experience with software troubleshooting.

Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE as a liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.
Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed.
Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
Perform technical activities with judgment and own continuous improvement projects; ensure documentation is complete promptly.
Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
Regular working hours 8:00-16:30 CET with on-call 7AM-7PM; on-call rotation.
