Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo robotic system and DS1 across Europe, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Italy. You will work remotely with occasional onsite activities and participate in improvement projects within a global healthcare technology context.
The role requires an engineering degree with robotics experience, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and strong communication skills to interact with healthcare
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with relevant experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
- Robotics or motion control experience in a large capital equipment environment.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Responsabilités
- Provide remote technical support for Hugo and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
- Drive escalation and arrange required field service when needed.
- Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Own documentation and continuous improvement activities.
- Occasional onsite support/training domestically and internationally.
- Work hours 8:00-16:30 CET; on-call 7AM-7PM rotating.
