Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 in EMEA. The role focuses on remote technical assistance, escalation, and cross-functional collaboration with HCPs, SUS and FSEs, with on-site training opportunities internationally.

Requirements include engineering degrees, strong problem-solving, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian. The position is full-time and remote with international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical, electrical, or mechanical engineering with relevant experience or a medical degree with technical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues and initiate field service as needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure documentation is complete.
• Offer remote support with occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
• Work 8:00–16:30 CET with on-call coverage 7:00–19:00 rotating schedule.
