Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in tech, digital, or creative agencies.
• Ability to source, engage, and hire talent across multiple regions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring process from intake to offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa, and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a data-driven pipeline in the ATS and update hiring managers.
